
Waco, TX — Waco Police are investigating a late-night shooting Monday night that left a Waco man with a gunshot to wound to the chest.
Officers responded to a 911 call at the 2000 block of Proctor Avenue in Waco just before 2:30 A.M.
Witnesses say a 2004 Maroon Ford Crown Victoria with a bullet hole and flat tires came to a stop.
Two men then got out and tried to flee the scene.
One of the men, 32-year-old Roy Harbert, had been shot in the chest.
He waived down by standers to help call an ambulance.
The other man described as a black male has not yet been found.
Police are still investigating what exactly happened.
