Waco, Tx — Baylor’s new state-of-the-art football stadium won’t open until 2014, but the school is offering to sell you a piece right now.
The university has already sold more than 200 engraved bricks in the first 48 hours and will see that number rise through the holidays.
Starting at 175 dollars, Baylor fans and alumni can engrave a piece of brick that will be located near the stadium.
The brick program funds the project and is a great way of leaving your mark on the school.
"It's just a unique way for the Baylor nation to tie back-in and remain a part of Baylor even after they've left," said Nick Joos of Baylor Athletics.
Bricks will be sold until the opening of the stadium.
Baylor says the sooner you buy, the closer your brick will be to the field.
