Two Killeen people are in police custody after allegedly burglarizing a house in the 4200 block of Stallion Drive.
Officers responded to the 4200 block of Stallion after a witness saw a black male wearing a dark jacket, gray sweatpants and a black and white hat coming out of a house with items. The witness knew he did not live at this residence and immediately called 911.
When officers arrived, they found a television outside on the ground below an open window. Witnesses told police they also saw a multi-colored Ford Crown Victoria that was parked near the residence, but left when the witness saw what was happening.
The detectives found the vehicle with a black female and a black male in it matching the description of the suspect. Officers stopped the vehicle in the McDonalds parking lot on Clear Creek Rd.; the witness identified the suspect as the person who came out of the house on Stallion with the property and the vehicle they were driving. The stolen property was found on Waterproof Drive. The male and female were arrested and taken to the Killeen City Jail.
Officials charged 20-year old Reginald Hughes Domont and 19-year old Keandrea Monee Margaret Gardner with burglary of a habitation. Both suspects are currently in the Bell County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
