WACO -- A shoot out between a store clerk and two robbers ends with the robbers getting away.

The images in the surveillance video tell it all.

Amar Kayeh was working late Wednesday night when the two men came in, pointing a gun and demanding money.

It happened at the Fiesta Smoke Shop, and store owner, John Hakim, says it's not the first time.

They have been robbed six times, and the owner has been shot once already.

Glenn Tate says he was at the store the time the owner was shot during one robbery. He isn't shocked at all after hearing about the shoot out.

"That's not the first time. The owner, it was almost like the same situation. You know what i mean? They come in here with pistols, and there's pistols here. So nobody's afraid. We just handle it," said Tate.

Hakim says he thinks the robbers were in the store moments before it all happened, and he is pretty sure he knows who they are.

Kayeh says he thinks he hit one of the robbers. Other than that, no one was hurt.

Police are still investigating and ask anyone with any information to call crime stoppers.
