WACO -- Today Baylor University Regents approved $120 million toward capital improvements throughout campus.

This is the largest investment in campus construction in seven years.

Bonds will be issued to fund a new 700-bed residential complex and dining facility, renovation of the 47-year-old Marrs Mclean Science Building and continued construction to Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative (BRIC).

Officials said all projects will be completed by Fall of 2013.
