BRAZOS COUNTY -- We told you last night what police think happened to 43-year-old Clifford Wischnewsky last Friday after his body was discovered on the side of a Brazos County highway.

But now the question is, where is his dog Marley?

During questioning, Clifford's brother Kyle Wischnewsky, admitted to robbing and shooting Clifford in the head.

He also admitted that Clifford had brought his schnauzer, Marley, along on the trip and after Clifford was shot, Kyle drove away from the crime scene and dumped Marley on the side of the highway.

Now investigators are desperately trying to find her and bring Marley home.

"You know, it is tragic, and I think the family sees this as the last ray of hope they have of a connection to Clifford and so we're going to do what we can to bring Marley home safe," said Brazos County Sheriff, Chris Kirk.

Marley is wearing a collar and she is micro-chipped. If you think you've seen her, call the Brazos County Sheriff's Office immediately.

Kyle Wischnewsky was extradited to the Brazos County jail early this morning and is charged with capital murder. He's being held without bail.
