BRYAN -- A Bryan gang member is sentenced to sixty years behind bars for engaging in organzied criminal activity.
"Marco" Cabrera Agundiz was found guilty Monday for attempting to shoot 28-year-old Brandon Rosales outside a Bryan bar in 2008.
Three days later, police found Rosales shot twice in the head and partially burned near Mumford.
Authorities believe Agundiz played a part in the crime but he was never charged with murder.
Agundiz will have to serve at least thirty years before he is eligible for parole.
