WACO -- A capital murder charge is dropped against a Waco man who allegedly took part in a shooting that killed two people and left two injured.
The decision to dismiss the charge against Tyrece Richardson comes from McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna who said further investigation led him to file the motion.
The charge stems from the March shooting at Lakewood Villas apartment complex in Waco that killed Tyus Sneed and Keenan Hubert.
