COLLEGE STATION -- A College Station man is beaten and robbed and police have still not made any arrests.

According to police, the robbery happened just after three Saturday morning near the Northgate District.

Police tell us 42-year-old Lawrence Taylor was walking alone near Boyett Street when four or five men walked up, took his wallet and knocked him unconscious.

Taylor could only give police a description of one of the alleged attackers.

"He said that it was a Hispanic male in his early 20s," said Officer Rhonda Seaton. "He said he was about 5' 7", medium build wearing a ball cap. He said he had short hair, black jacket and shorts on."

If you have any information about Saturday's robbery, please call College Station police immediately.
