COLLEGE STATION -- A College Station eatery is the latest restaurant to get in trouble over roaches.

The Great Wall Chinese Buffet and Sushi restaurant located off University Drive was forced to close its doors for 24 hours today and pay a $500 fine after a surprise health inspection uncovered a cock-roach infestation inside the kitchen and food preparation area.

This is the third restaurant in just two months to be shut down in Bryan-College Station because of a roach problem. The other two were Carino's located off Harvey Drive and On the Border located off Texas Avenue.

"In this, there were multiple, up to ten plus throughout the area," said Brazos County health inspector, Mark Johnsen. "In some cases they can be localized in one general area but with this they were found throughout the food prep area so we know they had a pretty large infestation going on."

The restaurant will be able to re-open after they prove to health inspectors the problem has been taken care of by professionals and they pass a second inspection.
