The student body president at UMHB, Tommy Wilson, has been leading this program with several other students from the school.

Mr. Wilson said, "What we really want the community to understand, both here at UMHB and the Belton community, is were all part of the same community; and its not college students helping out Beltonians, but its Beltonians helping out one another."

This process of recovery is not going to be easy; however, with the help of the Belton community business owners are feeling optimistic.
