FORT HOOD -- The hearing for Maj. Nidal Hasan has been delayed again.
Colonel Morgan Lamb, the special court martial convening authority, granted the delay to the defense until Feb. 23.
That's when defense attorneys will meet with Colonel Lamb to talk about any issues they want him to consider before giving his recommendation for the charges against Hasan.
Hasan's attorney, John Galligan, says he isn't satisfied with the health panel put together for the psychological evaluation.
Hasan is charged with 13 counts of pre-meditated murder and 32 counts of attempted pre meditated murder in the shooting at Fort Hood.
