Experts look to cap leak after top kill failure

With the top kill method unsuccessful, experts work on their newest attempts to plug the leak.
The procedure involves cutting off part of the busted pipe, then lowering a cap onto the leak.
The entire maneuver would be performed by remote controlled robots, as crews are unable to swim at depths of 5,000 feet.
But even if they are successful, this won't completely stop the flow of oil.
Some officials believe that if the procedure fails, it would increase oil flow by 20%.
Experts agree that the only certain ending to the crisis in the Gulf is drilling a relief well, which is expected to be completed in August.
