Former Brazos County deputy indicted by grandy jury

BRYAN -- The former Brazos County precinct two deputy constable, who was arrested over the summer, has been indicted by a grand jury.

Agustin Rubio is charged with kidnapping and attempted sexual assault, which stems from separate incidents, where he's accused of illegally detaining two young intoxicated women.

Rubio was arrested in August and resigned from his position in September.
