Fourth arrest in chop shop ring

WACO -- A Valley Mills man is under arrest for operating a chop shop.
41-year-old Evan Ray Russell is the fourth person busted in the chop shop ring.
Police searched a house near Private Road 3551 in Valley Mills where they found a vehicle towing a trailer with a pickup on it.
That vehicle is thought to be stolen from a car lot that one of the suspects worked at.
Officials say they are still investigatng.
"We have a couple of other individuals that we are in the process of identifying but, we are continuing to follow up on leads that we developed while searching the warrant in Bosque County," said Waco Police Commander Chris Kinlaw.
Russell is in the McLennan County Jail charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
His wife, 36-year-old Darleen Russell was arrested last week along with 48-year-old Ronnie Conn and 27-year-old Tony Williams.
