Killeen police officer terminated for criminal activity

KILLEEN -- A police officer in Killeen is on indefinite suspension after the department discovered he may have been a part of criminal conduct.
Killeen Police have suspended Officer Tramel Bracey after an internal investigation revealed he violated department rules and local government codes.
Killeen Police say Bracey's actions violate the trust the community puts into police.
"You put a black eye on the department, and you don't want that. You don't want someone else looking at other officers as though they were this officer. We clean our own house, and if you violate a law, you'll be dealt with in accordance," said Carroll Smith with the police department.
Police say Bracey was suspended before for exposing himself to a woman while on duty, but he was later reinstated.
The investigation has been turned over to Department of Public Safety and Texas Rangers.
The department isn't releasing details on the criminal activity until they know more.
