COLLEGE STATION -- A woman, who claims she was kidnapped and put in a car trunk, led police to arrest a College Station man for DWI and drug charges.

26 year-old, Max Edward Brooks III, was arrested late Wednesday night after police stopped Brooks' car because it matched the car description the victim gave.

According to reports, Brooks failed field sobriety tests and was found with cocaine.

Brooks is charged with a third degree felony for drunk driving because of two prior convictions and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Police are still investigating the kidnapping allegations.
