WACO -- A Waco man responsible for babysitting an infant is now in jail after the mother returned home and found her infant's blood alcohol level was three times higher than the legal driving limit.

On December 8, 27-year-old William Webb was babysitting an infant boy at a North Waco home.

When the baby's mother returned home from work she took the baby to the hospital after noticing he wasn't responding normally and that's when doctors discovered he's blood alcohol level was .291 which led to respiratory failure.

Webb is charged with injury to a child and faces an additional charge of making a terroristic threat.

No word on the condition of the infant.

not sure you can…why won’t your parents consent? if it is that good of an idea, and sure to be so profitable, I don’t see why they wouldn’t consent… there are a lot worse things kids your age could be doing… unless this in itself is a scam?I would bet you have $10.00, so get an older friend to use his credit card, and pay him in cash. or you could buy a visa gift card, that is a credit card, just only has the amount of money you put on the card as available funds.I would recommend Godaddy.

I might let him taste some expressed milk, once, but never dirltcey from the tap. *TMI Alert* When I was nursing my daughter, I could not multi-task at all with the boobies. My daughter nursed for 8 months, and my husband could not touch them AT ALL for the whole 8 months and a good 2 plus months after. In my mind, the purpose had to be exclusive at all times, lol.
