TROY -- Police are still looking for a man who led them on a high speed chase Monday.

It started in Troy. Police arrested 23-year-old Morris Clark after he and another man led police on a chase through several Central Texas counties.

Police tried to pull the car over for speeding just after eight Monday night, but the driver wouldn't stop.

Police say they saw a couple of bags of drugs thrown out of the window of the car.

In an attempt to lose police, the fleeing car and the police car had a minor collision between Bruceville-Eddy and Lorena.

The chase finally ended in Waco where the driver lost control  and ran on foot from police.

Police are still looking for that driver and ask anyone with information to call.
