Man indicted for accident that left two dead

WACO -- A man was indicted and charged yesterday for a car crash that left two dead back in June.
33-year-old Anthony Jerome Carter is charged with evading arrest in a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon.
In June, Carter crashed his vehicle after a chase near downtown resulting in the deaths of 51-year-old Jesus Espinoza of Junction and 54-year-old Mae Jean Eckels of Waco.
Carter remains in the McLennan County Jail being held in lieu of bonds totaling $501,000.
