Officials need your help finding missing woman

Killeen Police are asking for assistance in locating a missing elderly woman from Killeen. Betty Engel was last seen at her residence in the 4200 block of Breckenridge Dr. at approximately 10:30am today, Monday, May 16, 2011. Her family said she is driving her white 2003 Chevy S-10 pickup with a camper shell, the truck has Mississippi license plates, KA3531, the front license plate says Derussy Motors. This vehicle was seen in Belton this morning driving the wrong way down a one way street.

Betty Engel is a 73 year old white female with blue eyes and gray hair. She is approximately 5’6” tall and weighs 160 pounds. Family members have advised she has Dementia and may get lost very easily she has had seizures in the past as well. Betty is on medication and it appears she has the medication with her.

The Killeen Police Department is asking anyone who sees the white Chevy S-10 pickup or Betty Engel to contact the Killeen Police Department at 254-200-7905 or 7904, or call the local law enforcement agency if she is seen outside of Killeen.
