WACO -- Lifelong Rangers fans have waited, well, a lifetime for a World Series title and after getting a taste of it last year, this year they want the whole thing.

"I'm ecstatic. I think they've got a real good shot to win it this year," said ranger fan Lenny Witt.

"Oh, it is so amazing just to see how well they've done and to be able to say these are my Rangers and these are the guys I'm rooting for," said Kathryn Dunn, a Baylor student.

And eager rangers fanatics are kicking up business in central Texas as they flock to retail stores for their 2011 American League Champion Rangers gear.

"Oh, very, very, very successful. Everyone's been waiting on this, you know trying to, you know, get back from last year. So everyone's been anticipating it and uh, just can't wait to pick up their merchandise and show their, you know, fan support," said Boston Brice, Team Sports Manager, Academy Sports and Outdoors.

C.J. Wilson will likely face Chris Carpenter in game one of the world series which kicks off Wednesday in St. Louis on Fox.
