WACO -- Baylor fans can expect to see running back Lache Seastrunk only on the sidelines this season.
Yesterday the NCAA denied Seastrunk's waiver request to play this season after transferring from Oregon in August.
NCAA rules state transfers from football bowl divisions normally have to sit out a year.
The Temple native will have three years of eligibility remaining when the bears open up the 20-12 season.
Seastrunk redshirted as a true freshman at Oregon last season and was rated one of the top running backs in the 2010 recruiting class.
