If you are concerned about identity theft and you have a few boxes filled with papers with your personal information on them, but don't know how to securely dispose of them, the Better Business Bureau can help you out this weekend.

This Saturday at the 1st National Bank in Killeen, the BBB is offering free, secure shredding and recycling from 9 am to 1 pm.

So it's not just protecting your identity, but the planet too.

"Anything that might have your personal information on it that you wouldn't want falling into the hands of a bad guy. Rest assured that it's going to be shredded securely, and what's left over will be recycled," Regional Director of BBB, Richard Kitterman said.

You can bring up to five boxes or bags of papers in need of shredding. They'll even recycle your boxes and bags too.
