BRYAN -- The future of Saint Michael's Episcopal school in Bryan has been uncertain since last October but that's all changing thanks to an anonymous donor.
The school wasn't sure if they would even ave enough money to keep the doors open till next fall but the donor has promised to match two-to-one every dollar raised from now until February 29th, up to $200,000.
"We'd love to put this thing to bed by the first of March because that means we can start our enrollment for next year and start completely clean and clear of any past debts," said Headmaster Kate Lucchese. "It'd just be going forward like a normal school year, we'd just need a little money for financial aid but tuition covers the rest so everything is beautiful at that point. "
Headmaster Lucchese says they hope to raise more than $200,000 this month, bringing their total amount of funds raised to around $500,0000.
