Temple police look for suspect in two robberies

TEMPLE -- Police are searching for a man who they think may have robbed two convenience stores in Temple.

The first one happened around ten last night at the Cefco on West Central Ave.

The suspect came up to the clerk with his hand in his pocket and said he had a gun. When the clerk couldn't get the register open, the man ran.

An hour later, around 11 pm, the GK Mart on West Ave. was robbed.

He took the money and ran.

The suspect in bother robberies is described as a white male, about 6’0”, 180 lbs., clean-shaven, with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark colored baseball cap, dark jacket, and blue jeans

Police are asking anyone with any information to call.
