WACO -- New details in the house fire two weeks ago that left one woman dead.

A preliminary report shows the cause of death of 48-year-old Kim Johnson was smoke inhalation and terminal burns.

The home on 34th St. burnt out by the time firefighters found Johnson's body.

Fire Officials say they received a hang up 911 call from the home just around 10:15 a.m.

They arrived to find the house engulfed in flames, unable to enter because of a collapsed roof.

Neighbors tried to knock down the door to save Johnson, but the smoke was too overpowering.

Officials haven't said what caused that fire in the first place.
