UPDATED: Friday, April 13, 2012 - 9:54am

Police have arrested two men for the murder of Nathan Romo.

28-year-old Willie Contreras was arrested Friday afternoon, during a traffic stop.

Later that night, 17-year-old Leonard Nino, contacted his attorney and turned himself into police.

No word yet on the degree of their murder charges.

After days of testing, doctors determined Nathan Romo was completely brain dead. His parents made the hard decision to take him off life support, so they could honor his wish to be an organ donor. They say this way his legacy will carry on.

His close friend Cecil Roach says everybody loved Nathan. Cecil says, "Nathan was a good person, a good friend, a good son. I mean Na-Na had no bad bone in his body." Cecil was with Nathan only an hour before the shooting, and says he could have easily been there with him. He says, "that could have easily been me instead of him."

Nathan's mom says she found comfort knowing he would could save lives, even after he's gone, by donating his organs.  She says, even in his tragic death, he can extend generosity to others.

Police are searching for the shooter, but friends say it can not bring their Nathan back.

UPDATE 4:00 P.M.: A Waco teen is in serious condition Tuesday after being shot in the head. It happened at Guthrie Park around 11 Monday night.

Police say 17-year-old Nathan Romo went to the park to meet another person to settle some problems. Romo was sitting in his vehicle in the park with several people in his car when they were fired upon.

Romo was hit in the head with a bullet.

Carla Villarreal spoke to Fox 44 at the park Tuesday afternoon. She brings her children to the park all the time and never expected to hear about a shooting.

"I just stay down the street, and I wouldn't have thought it would happen down the street. Yeah, it makes me think twice about going outside with my kids at night," says Villarreal.

Right now, investigators are looking for two male suspects ages 17 and 28. The victim's family says he is still in a coma.
