Waco baby's death ruled homicide

A month after an 8-month old baby dies, officials rule the death homicide.

On November 15 Waco police were called to a local hospital on a questionable death. Officers found that an 8-month old child, Aydrian Kirvin, had been taken to the E.R. by ambulance from the Family Practice Center. The child had been taken by private car to the Family Practice Center due to breathing problems. The baby was pronounced dead by doctors and J.P. DeCluitt ordered an autopsy.

The preliminary autopsy results have ruled the death as a Homicide. At this point. authorities are classifying the case as an injury to a child – death and the investigation is on-going.
