Waco Police work through details leading up to fatal morning car accident

WACO -- An early morning accident kills one and injures two on a popular road in Waco.
It happened around 6:40 this morning when a white SUV was speeding down W. Waco Drive and rear ended a pick-up truck causing it to catch on fire and killing the driver.
Police now tell us one women in the SUV was a part of a disturbance at a house around 6 this morning and then showed up belligerent at the police station.
A friend came to pick her up but minutes later the women stopped in the middle of the street twice on Waco drive. Police spoke with them both times, asked if everything was okay and told them to go home.
But Waco police tell us at neither time did they have any grounds to detain the two women.
Then shortly after the second stop the women took off speeding down Waco Drive where they hit the pick-up truck killing the driver.
The two women have been identified as Miranda Monique Campbell, 28, Cindy Ann Murray, 39, of Waco.
They were treated and released at Hillcrest Hospital but the victim's name has not been released so far no charges have been filed.
