A Waco woman won 2.5 million dollars after purchasing a Blockbuster lottery ticket.

Elizabeth Farley contacted the Lottery Claim Center, Thursday,  after scratching several tickets, when she realized she was a winner.

Farley purchased the tickets from the Dallas Food Mart, in Bellmead, who could receive a ten thousand dollar bonus, just for selling the winning ticket.

Mohammad Iqbal, owner of the Dallas Food Mart, says they are selling a lot more lottery tickets, since Farleys win.

If you purchase lottery tickets, do not lose hope. There are several of the 2.5 million dollar prizes still out there.
