WACO -- Protests over union troubles in Wisconsin have spilled over into Waco.
Wisconsin's Governor is proposing the union give up their bargaining rights to make up for budget cuts.
That's why Texas union workers gathered in Austin to show their support.
The Waco Tea Party was there to counter-protest the union workers.
"We want our state lawmakers to understand that there's a big grassroots support behind some of the budget cuts that they have to make and make those tough decisions when it comes to slicing certain areas out of the budget," said Michael Simon with the Waco Tea Party.
The Waco Tea Party says they don't agree with the message being sent by the protesting unions.
