BRYAN -- A Bryan woman who allegedly assaulted the man she was dating now faces a felony charge tonight.
Shirley Williams was arrested Saturday for aggravated assualt with a deadly weapon.
Williams took the victim's shoes and when he tried to get them back, Williams began swinging the knife at him.
The victim was stabbed three times, once in the arm, chest and chin.
The assault is classified as a first degree felony because the two were dating. It's punishable by 5 years to life in prison.
