Fort Hood, TX — Wednesday's hearing on the Major Nidal Hasan pre-trial has been rescheduled for Thursday.
The new presiding judge, Colonel Tara Osborn, will hear arguments from the Hasan defense team.
They are expected to request a motion to move the court martial away from Fort Hood and possibly out of Texas.
They may also ask to replace potential members of the military trial’s jury panel.
Hasan has been charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 accounts of attempted premeditated murder for the Fort Hood shootings back in November of 2007.
