Gun sales decline slightly, business still steady

Gun sales have slowed down a little, but that doesn't mean business isn't still booming for local gun shops.

In waco, Unique Gun store owners report that business has been steady as more people have become increasingly aware of crime and people fear the government will ban certain weapons. However, with the slight decrease in demand, ammunition and guns haven't been as hard to come by and prices are expected to start declining.

"I do anticipate prices on ammo and certain guns and high capacity magazines, we do anticipate the prices on those to go down. And, ammo will be more easily obtainable," said Unique Guns office manager, Juliana Davis.

Davis says it appears people are starting to realize any federal changes won't necessarily take effect immediately.
