Auto dealers were sad to see the government program, cash for clunkers, end.
But now that it's over, they're worried they'll never see the cash.
The stimulus program allowed people to trade their gas guzzlers for vehicles with better gas mileage, getting up to $4500 off their new cars.
The federal government was supposed to reimburse the auto dealers.
But many dealers haven't gotten their paychecks.
Dealers can re-submit on cars that didn't pass the first time around, hoping to speed up the process.
