WACO — President Obama and wife Michelle will visit central Texas for the first time Tuesday.

The two are expected to attend a Fort Hood memorial service at 1 p.m. The service will be held on post and is open to the public.

The Obama's are set to arrive at Fort Hood around 11:30 a.m. and depart at 3 p.m.
