TEXAS — State transportation officials will vote Thursday to approve more than one billion dollars in funds to widen parts of I-35.
Some state officials think the funds should be used for other projects.
According to reports, the funds will be divided up between McLennan, Bell, and Hill counties.
They also say highways in Houston, San Antonio and El Paso could see some of the funding.
