WACO -- 26-year-old Cody James Guzman was first arrested for aggravated sexual assault in 2003.
Fast forward nine years and now his name is on the Texas DPS Ten Most Wanted Sex Offender's list.
"He hasn't registered as a sex offender and he has two counts against that in McLennan County and Coryell County and he's also has some other charges pending." said Trooper D.L. Wilson, Texas DPS.
Those charges being aggravated sexual assault, indecency with a child by contact, injury to a child and sexual performance of a child.
"If he makes this list that means he's a dangerous one. You know we don't just put anybody on this list," said Wilson.
According to reports, in December of 2008, Guzman was investigated for his involvement with a rape that resulted in the victim's becoming pregnant. Now Guzman denied any sexual relationship but a subsequent DNA test proves he is the baby's father.
Guzman has worked in food service and as a landscaper.
Records also show he once worked for a hydraulics business.
The DPS states it is possible he could be doing any of those jobs to support himself.
A $1,000 cash reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
"He could be considered armed and dangerous. Anything you hear committing these crimes that he's committed against children, that we're on the out -- look out for him, there's no telling what he'll try to do to get away," said Wilson.
