3 car crashes on Hwy 6 in one day
BRYAN -- Three separate car accidents all along the same stretch of highway in Bryan kept emergency responders extremely busy.
The first accident happened just after 3 a.m. Sunday on Highway Six when, 31-year-old Michael Daniell of Bryan, crashed his motorcycle into the back of an 18-wheeler just south of Briarcrest Drive.
Daniell was pronounced dead on the scene.
A few hours after Highway Six opened back up, two semi-trucks collided in the southbound lanes and when traffic backed up a third accident happened as a car was rear-ended in the northbound lanes.
No one was seriously injured in the other two accidents.
