Waco, Texas — Eight additional warrants have been issued for the arrest of Marian Bergman Fraser.
These additional warrants are for the charge of Endangering a Child.
Special Crimes Detectives requested the warrants after eight additional children tested positive for the drug Benadryl.
On March 4, 2013, Waco Police Department officers were called to Providence Hospital on a child death. After arriving, police learned 4-month-old Clara Margurite Felton, of Waco, had been taken there by ambulance when workers at the Spoiled Rotten Daycare found the baby unconscious and not breathing around 2:50 p.m.
Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Kristi DeCluitt pronounced the child dead and ordered an autopsy. The baby was sent to Dallas where results showed the girl had died from a "Toxic Level" of Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in her system.
