An A&M football player gets in trouble with the law and is now suspended from athletic activities.

2012 redshirt defensive back, Kenneth Marshall, turned himself into College Station authorities this week after police issued a warrant for his arrest.

Police were called out to Marshall's apartment last month in reference to a maintenance man finding drugs in an air conditioning unit.

When officers did a search of his room they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and prescription pills not belonging to him.

Marshall wasn't home at the time of the search.
