BPD on the hunt for armed robber

On Wednesday at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Bryan Police Department responded to a robbery at a Chevron Station located at 2100 South College Avenue.

One male entered the store demanding money. The suspect was armed with a firearm and had his face covered. During the course of the robbery, the suspect struck a patron in the store but the patron did not suffer any injuries.

The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is described as a male of unknown race wearing a light colored baseball cap and pants, and a dark colored long sleeve shirt.

The Bryan Police Department is asking anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigation Division at 979-209-5316 or Crime Stoppers at 979-775-TIPS (8477).
