Bryan clerk charged with inappropriately touching teen

A Bryan man is police custody after he was accused of indecency with a child by contact back in September.

On Wednesday, Bryan police officers arrested Ali Shahid, 24, of Bryan, for allegedly touching a teenage boy inappropriately.

The victim claims he he was at the Texaco Handi Stop, located on the 1200 block of West William J. Bryan Parkway, when the store clerk, Shahid, touched him inappropriately. The boy did not report the incident until October 18.

Bryan investigators believe there may be more victims related to this case.

If found guilty of the 2nd degree felony, Shahid could face 2 to 20 years in prison.
