COLLEGE STATION, Tx (KYLE) — A Bryan man sits in jail tonight for a allegedly being involved in a College Station shooting last month.

18-year-old Marcelino Herrera was taken into custody early this morning for a list of outstanding warrants. They include: unlawful carrying of a firearm, deadly conduct and making a terroristic threat all stemming from an incident back in December.

Police say Herrera was wanted after he allegedly shot off a gun multiple times near the Lincoln Recreation Center in College Station which caused the center to go into lockdown mode.
