BRYAN, Tx (KYLE) — More than a month after a Bryan bank robbery, police have now issued warrants for two men who they say are responsible.
Bryan Police tell us, Eric Portis of Calvert and Bryan Champion of Houston, are believed to be connected to the Commerce National Bank robbery.
Police say on July 30th three men carjacked a Bryan man near Oaklawn. About an hour and a half later the stolen vehicle was used as a get-away car in the armed bank robbery.
Both men are considered armed and dangerous.
Police believe the two may be in the Houston area but they both have ties to the local area.
