BRYAN -- Two aggravated robberies take place within minutes of each other last night in Bryan and now, police are still looking for those who are responsible.

Police say the first robbery happened just after 11 p.m. last night in the 3200 block of Finfeather Road.

The victim was riding his bike home when he was approached by two black men wearing hoodies.

Police tell us the two men displayed what looked like handguns and beat the victim, before stealing his money.

The second robbery happened less than ten minutes later in the 1600 block of Groesbeck at the Taqueria taco shack.

Witnesses told police a black man approached the business with a handgun also demanding money but got spooked and ran away before anything was stolen.

"It doesn't appear that they're related but we definitely want to look at both of those just because the time frame of those are close by and they are on the same side of town," said Officer Jon Agnew. "Although their method of the robbery may be different it's always safe to see if they're related."

Officer Agnew tells us all three individuals took off.

If you think you saw anyone suspicious in the area where the two robberies happened please call Bryan Police immediately.
