A jury has found a Central Texas lawyer guilty of shooting at a census worker in May 2010.

56-year-old attorney Carolyn M. Barnes did not injure the worker in the shooting. Police say five shots were fired, as Barnes demanded the worker to leave her property. The census worker was reportedly at Barnes' home to verify her house phone number.
