COLLEGE STATION, Tx (KYLE) — A convicted murderer is set to die Thursday at 6 p.m. for killing a College Station woman 19 years ago.

Carl Henry Blue was found guilty for the 1994 murder of Carmen Richards-Sanders.

In August of '94 Blue threw a cup of gasoline on Sanders and then lit her on fire at her College Station apartment; she died 19 days after the incident.

Blue has been on death row since 1995.
