Double murder suspect arrested by U.S. Marshal

The man wanted in the Waco apartment double murder on May 13th, has been arrested.

Just before 2 p.m. Todric Deon Mcdonald fled in a vehicle after the U.S.Marshal Task Force attempted to stop him. McDonald led officers on a brief pursuit before his vehicle was disabled near 26th and Bosque.

The 27-year-old was transported to  Mclennan County Jail and is charged with Capital Murder.
Other charges may be filed in the upcoming days.
